How does it work?+

You sign up on the website and verify your WhatsApp (just once). Then you upload your property photos from the web and click "Process." Tourfly does the rest. Within minutes you get a link by email and WhatsApp to view and download all your edited photos.

Do I need to wait for a sunny day to take the photos?+

No. Weather is no longer a problem. Tourfly.ai makes photos look like they were taken on a sunny day, while always staying true to the space.

How long does processing take?+

You upload your photos and Tourfly processes them automatically. They're ready to publish within minutes.

Do the photos stay true to reality?+

Go to tourfly.ai, create your account with your email, and register your WhatsApp number. The system sends you a verification code by email or text to confirm it, and you're ready to start using the service.

How many users can I add to my Tourfly.ai account?+

The number of users depends on your plan. The Starter plan includes up to 2 users, Pro up to 5, Agency up to 10, and Enterprise adapts to each company's needs through a custom agreement. Every account has an admin user who can invite and manage the rest of the organization's users. Each user gets their own access to the platform, making it easy to organize and track processed properties.

How do I pay?+

Through a monthly subscription via Stripe, the world's most secure payments platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Charges are billed in US dollars and converted to your local currency by your bank. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.

What photo formats does tourfly.ai accept?+

JPG, PNG, and HEIC (the iPhone's native format), as well as professional camera RAW formats: ARW (Sony), CR2 and CR3 (Canon), NEF (Nikon), RAF (Fujifilm), and DNG. Send your photos exactly as they come out of your phone or camera — no need to convert anything.

Are my original photos kept?+

Yes. You can always access the before and after from your account.

How long can I access my photos on the platform?+

Your original and edited photos stay available for 2 months after you upload them. After that they're automatically deleted. We recommend downloading them as soon as they're ready and saving them to your device.
